Quarto familiar ótimo com varanda com vista para a pista do aeroporto pequeno almoço recheado fantástico, piscina interior e exterior fantástico e a jacuzzi nem se fala para quem tem dores musculares eu proponho a jacuzzi quentinha. Adorei o Hotel e toda a Ilha de São Miguel e espero voltar a ir outra vez.
 

Myself and my wife were very happy with the Sao Miguel Park Hotel, It made for an excellent say. Loved our room which got the evening sun and it was a pleasure to sit on it's balcony after being out all day. Used the pool and it was very good and welcome when we returned from our trips. We found our room/bed comfortable and not outdated. Breakfast was fine. We did not use the dinner option, as the town is close and has many excellent restaurants to choose from. The little we asked anything of reception we found all were friendly and helpful, as seems true of everyone on the Island. I would be very happy to go back to this hotel in the future.
 

Not too far to walk to the main town. Nice clean hotel and room. Large windows giving good views. Comfy bed. So nice to have a bath instead of just a shower. Air conditioning was not turned on so had to open window to cool room down. Staff all nice and helpful. Waiters cleared away very quickly.
 

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, tem tudo o que esperamos de um hotel, ao nível do conforto e dos serviços que oferece. Bom pequeno almoco, camas confortáveis, tudo óptimo. Mas no que se distingue é na disponibilidade e profissionalismo de todo o pessoal, impecáveis.
 

Hotel com uma vista espetacular para o mar. Fomos atendidos com muita simpatia e cordialidade. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Boa variedade no buffet do pequeno-almoço.
 

Front line workers are amazing, the backbone of the tourism industry. Location is superb Close enough to downtown. Next to an amazing botanical garden, spacious with parking. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The breakfast is super varied and good. Compliments to the chef and staff. The room attendants are thorough and discreet, well done. The pool is super kept. All in all this hotel shows pride and efficiency. I came in Jan for a few days, and mid Feb for a few days as well. The staff are brand loyal.
 

O hotel tem muito boas condições e é extremamente limpo, o seu staff muito simpático prestável, a sua localização também é outro dos seus pontos fortes. Sem dúvida uma boa escolha para quem visita Ponta Delgada.
 

The hotel property is well kept and has a beautiful view of the sea. The people are friendly and want to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
 

Pretty dope for an island hotel, 8 mins walk to mall, walkable to the sea side. Staff are awesome. 

This was the perfect hotel for our six day stay in Sao Miguel. Location is GREAT. It is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The mall is just a five minute walk up the street. Easy to get on the freeway if you're self driving. The breakfast buffet was very handy and we loved not having to worry about being hungry before we left on our adventures! The pools were very nice. Staff was lovely and very accomodating. We had a very early check out time and they provided lunch boxes for us so we wouldn't be hungry! Beds and ameneties are very comfortable. Highly recommend.
