Segunda visita a este hotel no meio do paraíso. Simpatia e formação de todo o staff, quartos fantásticos, possibilidade de passeio no Parque Terra Nostra a qualquer hora e mergulhar na piscina natural, é uma experiência indescritível. Fica sempre a vontade de voltar. Primeiro vez pequeno almoço foi à carta, desta vez em regime buffet, ambos muito diferenciados e perfeitos. Refeições de excelente qualidade e cuidado. Apetece voltar uma e outra vez!
 

Worth the stay for the access to the gorgeous botanical garden and thermal pools 24/7. After a day of sight seeing and hiking, coming back to the thermal pools was amazing. The two nights we stayed the thermal pools were empty and felt like we had the place to ourselves.
 

We LOVE this hotel and always stay between the US and trips to Europe. The staff (everyone from the door man to the reception, the waitress staff and housekeeping) is exceptionally friendly and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing. The breakfast is the best in Portugal. The juice is fresh squeezed, the fruit is fresh with good presentation, there are many savory hot dishes and the pastries are plentiful. There is something for everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we have stayed in both the older section of the hotel and the newer section and we like both. The mineral pool is amazing and having the wonderful robes helps when you get out. The indoor facility with the pool, Turkish bath, sauna and massage is clean and well kept. The botanical gardens are out of this world and will take you awhile to walk through. Don’t miss these because they are exceptional. We love coming to Furnas and we have stayed in other hotels here but now we will only stay at this hotel. Don’t miss it, you will not be disappointed.
 

Ambiente incrível, equipa do bar organizada e bastante competente, voltarei sempre que possível. Aconselho que visitem e provem os Cocktail's e sushi que servem no local, sabores ótimos e bebidas diversificadas e muito bem confeccionadas.
 

Experience of a lifetime at bargain price. Pure 5 star experience from the staff, to the rooms, insane breakfast (fresh passion fruits!!!), to the after hour excess to the garden and hot spring pool. You haven’t experienced life till you float in this amazing pool and look at the dazzling number of stars

The hotel rooms were very nice and clean, the food at the restaurant was excellent with many dishes that focus on local products and dishes, with a sommelier that recommended wine pairings to go with it. Extra time to explore the large botanical garden, which despite us visiting outside of the peak season, was still lush with a wide-array of species from all across the world. While you can visit the garden and the thermal pool without staying at the hotel, we definitely recommend booking an overnight stay for a more intimate experience, as the hotel closes to the general public around 4 in the afternoon but is open 24 hours for hotel guests. We came back to the hotel as part of our group tour, and the thermal bath was absolutely packed, where as when we stayed at the hotel we were at one point the only guests in it in the evening. The Terra Nostra Hotel was an overall relaxing and satisfying experience.
 

Simplesmente fantástico. Simpatia e competência dos funcionários é simplesmente fabulosa. Ter acesso ao parque e ao tanque termal 24h é brutal. Muito bom mesmo Não temos dúvidas que voltaremos na proxima ida a S.Miguel. Infelizmente fomos apenas 1 noite.
